Recent Nail Art!!

So I'm still a bit of a rubbish blogger at the moment in the sense my pictures aren't of the best quality and I keep forgetting to take more then like one picture of my nails!!! As a result I won't go into too much detail with regards to my most recent nail art, I'll just flash a few pictures below...and try to remember which colours i used hehe!!!!! :)

Colours used - Barry M - Pomegranete, Rimmel - Too Cool To Tango, Sinful Colors - Snow Me White & Black on Black
These are the most recent Halloween nails I did. I really like these I think they really stand out and they do creep me out a little, which is good for Halloween!! These were really easy to do and there's no right way to do it, each time they came out different!

Colours used - Barry M - Lychee, Prickly Pear, Blueberry & Dragon Fruit
These nails we're inspired by the amazing Alice, aka @onenailtorulethemall, you can find her on Blogger, Instagram and Facebook, her nails are amazing. Anyways I've wanted to try these for ages but only just plucked up the courage too, and although they didn't quite turn out as I'd hoped, I was still quite pleased with them :)

Colours used - Sinful Colors - Snow Me White & Black on Black, Models Own - Pukka Purple,  Barry M Nail Art Pen - Black, LA Colors Striper - Black
These nails were inspired by another of my favourite nail artists, there's so many amazing ones out there!!!! The inspiration came from Nicole, aka @youngwildandpolished, who I know you can find on YouTube and Instagram! I love these nails, although the diamonds are a bit wonky but I did do them free hand, I still having had the guts to try striping tape yet!!! I particularly love the white with the zig zags, I will defiantly be incorporating more abstract designs like this in my manis from now on!!
Colours used - Sinful Colors - Snow Me White, Barry M - Mango & Prickly Pear, Color Club - Twiggie, LA Colors Striper - Black

I know I'm blabbing on with nail art inspired by other nail artists but again, this mani is inspired by @missjenfabulous. Maybe I need to get some of my inspiration, hey!! I did do a whole post on these nails but being the rubbish blogger I am I managed to delete it!! Anyway, these nails were very simple to do and are fab for Halloween!! You can find a tutorial on @missjenfabulous's YouTube channel if you want to try these out.

Colors used - Sinful Colors - Snow Me White & Black on Black, Models Own - Pukka Purple, Barry M - Mango, Nails Inc - Knightsbridge Green, LA Colors Striper - Black

To end the post here's so nails inspired by......me!!! Yes I thought of these all by myself lol..hence them being nothing special but I really like them for Halloween and they were really easy to do. I'm loving purple at the moment, especially Models  Own - Pukka Purple, it's gorgeous, I'd defiantly recommend getting it if you haven't already!

So sorry for the lack of pictures, I must remember to have to the mind of a blogger when I photograph my nails, I'm bad enough at remembering to watermark them!!!! Ah well things can only get better :)

Leopard Print Love ♥

Hello! Today I thought I'd share with you my most recent leopard print mani and with it some of my favourite leopard print nails I've done over the past few months. I could rave about leopard print all day...I just love to do it!!!

L-R - Barry M - Red Glitter, Barry M -Pomegranate, Sinful Colors - Black on Black, Barry M - Lychee

So below are some of my favourite leopard print manis and combinations.  I'd talk you through them but I don't want to sound like a stuck record!!!!!

These are my most recent creations!

Just a quick word on my favourite combination of these four which has to be the top right. I love the combination of Barry M - Lychee and Guava

These nails are quite old, these were done around 10 months ago when I really started to do my nails properly. These were before I discovered the ''clean up' process!!!

Cherry Cherry Boom Boom!

Hey guys, today I've got rid of the Halloween nails and done some cherry and of course polka dots nails!!! Tomorrow I'm off to Old Trafford to watch Wigan v Warrington in the Rugby League Grand Final. Wigan play in red and white and their nickname is the 'Cherry and Whites' so as I support Wigan I've done my nails for the occasion. Come on Wigan!!!!! :)

As this is a really simple design I didn't use many colours, above are the ones I used. From left to right we have - Color Club - Twiggie, Sinful Colors - Black on Black, Sinful Colors - Snow Me White and Barry M - Passion Fruit.

This is my left hand.

This is my right hand.

So although this nail art is really simple, I thought I'd share it with you guys anyway as I think it's a really cute and fun design, especially with the matte finish as it really makes the colours pop and the cherries stand out!

Hello :)

Hey guys, I'm Chelsey, I'm a huge lover of nail art so I've decided to set up this blog and share my designs, tutorials and tips on here. You can find me on instagram @polishedbychelsey, but I will start posting my nails on here from now on as well! This is my first ever blog so I am a bit of a novice right now but I'm hoping I'll pick it up quickly and create a really great blog...just bear with me :)
